Unfairness in suspensions?

Everybody knows the suspensions Shelley Duncan, Melky Cabrera, and Jonny Gomes got handed to them last Friday. Duncan and Cabrera were suspended for 3 games, going into effect opening day. Jonny Gomes was only suspended for 2 games. The question I’m asking is this: are the suspensions unfair?
